Hide "Run" With Regedit

"Run" is a software that allows you to run an application, by typing the name on the application. Software "Run" also allows someone to do evil to you, like: change the system on your computer, stealing data, and so on. If you want to improve security on your computer, one way is you have to disable the "Run" on your computer, because the software will make a person more easy to do evil to you.

 To run the software "Run", you can follow these steps.
- Click start on the screen,
- Then click "Run" .


 Another way to open the software "Run".
- Click "r" while you press icon windows ("r+icon windows"). 
(On the software I use Indonesian, which can be seen in the picture on the side).





 Steps to hide Software "Run".


a. Open Regedit 


- Click Start, 
- Type "Regedit" in the searchbox,
- Then, Click it.



b. After open the Regedit,


- Click HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Exploler.
If the steps right, it will look like the picture below.




c. Then, create new Dword Value. Follow these steps.



- Right Click on the Regedit,
- Choose "New" then Click "DWORD (32-bit) Value"
- Change its name to "NoRun"


- Right Click On "NoRun", Click "Modify" then Change the value to "1".



To get results, you have to "restart" your computer first.
